This blog is mostly a home for the theories and thoughts that have come out of my work with clients over the years. When you connect with someone’s Higher Self, or with entities beyond the physical world, they tend to bring through a lot of wisdom and insight. I’m simply there to guide the questions and bear witness to some pretty amazing moments.

That said, I believe anyone who claims to know all the answers with full conviction is full of shit. I don’t have them, and I’m wary of anyone who says they do. But after six years or so as a practicing hypnotherapist, leaning into Past Life Regression and spiritual and extraterrestrial exploration, I have some thoughts about what I’ve heard and been told. This is where I share them.
